AutoDropship processes the information required to connect your commerce stores, retrieve supplier product data and perform the actions you request.

Information we process

We may process merchant identifiers, store authorization tokens, product and order information, supplier account authorization and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. Payment card information is not stored by AutoDropship.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide imports, synchronization, order automation, support, security and service improvements. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and integrations such as Vercel, Salla and AliExpress to provide the service. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve security issues. Merchants may request disconnection and deletion of stored authorization data.

Your choices

You may revoke store or supplier authorization from the relevant platform at any time. Revocation can disable connected features.
