Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the AutoDropship development service. Commercial subscription terms will be finalized before the paid public launch.

Merchant responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing imported product information, complying with marketplace and consumer laws, setting accurate prices and taxes, and ensuring products may legally be sold in your target market.

Supplier information

Supplier prices, inventory, delivery estimates and product details can change. AutoDropship cannot guarantee supplier accuracy, product quality or delivery performance.

Automation

Automated actions are performed according to merchant settings and connected-platform availability. You remain responsible for reviewing orders, refunds, customer service and store policies.

Availability

The current service is an MVP provided for controlled testing. Features may change, be interrupted or require reauthorization while development continues.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful products, fraud, platform abuse, unauthorized access or infringement of third-party rights.
